Muy buena atención y agradable ambiente para descansar
Cuando llegue fue un poco decepcionante, pero al fijarme bien, ESTA MUY BIEN, LIMPIAS LAS HABITACIONES Y AMABLE EL PERSONAL, TIENE AREA PARA FOGATA Y SOMBRA PARA ESTACIONARSE. GOOGLE ME HIZO DAR MUCHA VUELTA, PERO ESTA A 1.5 K. DEL TEMPLO, MUY MUY CERCA. SI ME GUSTO Y REGRESARIA.
Excelente servicio,ambiente y al sra del aseo muy linda y amable,está en una ubicación no muy a la vista,pero sin duda recomendado!!
La habitación está bien, si cancelas antes de tu hora de salida te reembolsan, si hiciste por la app debes hacerlo rápido, el único detalle fue el WiFi por que no conectaba bien. Pero lo demás esta bien.
Las habitaciones son bastante cómodas y la vdd es que es aceptable por el precio. Tienes estacionamiento para carros y motos (el de motos cierra a las 10 PM) aunque se escuchan mucho los ruidos, los cuartos no son contra ruido o algo así, por si necesitan tomarlo en cuenta Y la red wifi es un poco mala, hay largos ratos en donde te pone "Sin internet"

El trato del personal es normal, la habitación limpia y con todo lo necesario, aunque muy fría. Lo que podría mejorarse es no tener que dejar identificación, es la primera vez que me lo solicitan en un hotel. De igual forma, sugeriría no tener que estar esperando a que el guardia despierte y te abra la puerta para ingresar con coche en la noche. En general la experiencia fue buena, pero si podrían mejorar algunos puntos.
Es una muy buena opción de hospedaje para descansar y estar muy tranquilos, es agradable si te gusta la naturaleza pues hay muchos árboles y jardín amplio, las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias. Solo un único detalle (ageno probablemente al lugar) la ubicación manda por la calle Benito Juárez y ahí no esta la entrada sino un camino cerrado, la entrada es hasta la calle Matamoros
